Services · Ways to work
A defined piece of work, with a clear start and end.
A defined piece of SEO, development or search work with a clear start and end: a migration, a rebuild, an international launch, a tool or an MVP. Led by the person doing the thinking, who can also do the building.
Good fit when
- A rebuild or replatform mustn’t lose organic visibility
- A migration or international launch is coming
- A founder needs an MVP live, quickly
- Recommendations are stuck waiting for development
Kinds of project
What a project can be.
Each of these is a project when it has a defined scope and an end date. The detail of each is on the service page it links to.
How a project runs
Scoped after a conversation, then delivered.
Simple projects stay simple. There is no six-month agency engagement for something that should ship in weeks.
Built in, not bolted on
Decided at the start of a build.
The usual sequence is design, build, launch, then call an SEO to fix it. We reverse that. Search requirements shape the build from the first template.
Logical, stable, human-readable.
Semantic HTML, real headings.
Content in the HTML, JavaScript kept minimal.
Designed with the content model.
Mapped before launch, tested after.
Budgeted, not hoped for.
Some of our recent builds, shown with permission, are on the Projects page.

Questions
Projects, answered.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes. We can lead the build, join your team, or specify the SEO requirements and review the result.
Do you only use WordPress?
WordPress is a strong fit for many content sites. Where a custom build is the better answer, we build that.
Can you write the recommendations and also make the changes?
Either, or both. We can hand a prioritised roadmap to your developers, work alongside them, or build and implement the changes ourselves.
How is a project priced?
There are no price tables. Scope depends on the site and the problem, so we agree it after a conversation.
Do you promise rankings or traffic numbers?
No. We set out the opportunity and the evidence, and measure against it.
